Wonderful pods with amazing views and enclosed garden. Marco the host was brilliant in recommending a good dog walk a short drive away. Everything you could think of was supplied in the pod. Milk, butter, jams, marmalades, bread, cereals, porridge, coffee, tea. Extra blanket, underfloor heating, fab hot shower, TV, comfy bed, robes, slippers, hairdryer, bodywash. Dog bowls and Welly box. L shaped sofa which can be a bed. Chairs so you can sit outside in the sun. Not forgetting the most amazing cooked breakfast at our requested time each morning, catering for me being a vegetarian which was fab. Would love to come back!

excellent property - in a quiet spot but still close to the promenade. It was easy to get in and out of the property and the labelling of the keys made it very easy to gain access to the property.

Historical building, centrally located. Room small but comfortable. As advertised. Breakfast was good. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Lots of local knowledge. Very, very clean.

Would have liked some healthier choices for breakfast, but realise that fruit and yogurt can work out expensive. Would have liked nicer pillows, but the ones in the room were comfortable.

Stayed at the hotel many times - always head there when working in London. It is always quiet, staff are courteous and welcoming, rooms are well appointed and breakfast is great.

Didn’t like that the bathroom is detached from the room meaning that you have to share with other people and there wasn’t much plugs in room as well as the noise from other people was easily heard.

Having to empty bins or receive a £25 fee. I never stayed anywhere and had to empty my own bins 😞 . Lazy house keeping.

Tv not working. No hot water. Told to light the pilot light, but was unable to fix the water heater. Security came around and fixed the tv and pilot light late. When we got into the shower the water was freezing. So both of us had cold showers. The internet was not working and there were no towels. Very disappointing, as we spent most of the time after arrival trying to fix problems that should have been provided. Then also asked by owner to strip the beds in the morning. It seems unorthodox when the owner should be providing a service.
