It was so nice to be so near the coast and the towen centre. Staff were very helpful. Nice to have breakfast over looking the sea.

We had a room overlooking the road and it was a bit noisy!! A number of people talking loudly in the street although.... I know you can do nothing about this!!

Very cold in the room and rude staff at check-out in the morning. There was only milk and cereal, jam and bread and fruit for breakfast despite being communicated as continental breakfast - at least a boiled egg like Holiday Inn at Budapest airport serves could have been possible. I asked for the invoice to show the actual currency in which it is emitted - it does not show - and the staff got very passive aggressive.

We requested an early check in between 1-2 but were quoted at £20 which to be fair is the going rate but we declined . At 14.00 they call me to say the room wouldn’t be ready till 16.00 but actually it was 16.30 when we got the keys , they said that they had an accident to one of the cleaner but after talking to the cleaner he informed us the only found out at 14.00 he needed to prepare our room , because of the late show this resulted in us three missing our west end show . They informed me at 14.20 that I needed to sign a pre contract which they had sent , they sent it at 14.15 on the day of the check in , The apartment was smelly and dusty with a party going on in another room , the shower was cold and had no power , Yesterday on my way home they texted me asking me where were the keys , we left them in the box safe .
