Location was fantastic. Breakfast was fine but could have been better. The bar area was nice and comfortable, staff were friendly not that we really interacted with anyone though.

Fixtures in the room were tired. Shower head rail was loose other items in the room were loose coming away from wall. Parking was expensive so we didn’t use it. We manage to book a parking space on another app 5 mins walk, for £10 for just over 24 hours saving us £40 on the hotels parking.

Location. Being in what felt like the wilderness.

The heating didn't work in our lodge. A man came out and started it up and said he'd come back the next day. We were only staying one night. When we came back from eating out it was freezing again and freezing again in the morning. A very uncomfortable stay.
