- “The holiday home is just gorgeous! I felt being welcomed by family. Roula and Nick are such excellent hosts. Our flights arrived late and they waited for us to arrive to hand over the keys. The house is so tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. Roula and Nick were very friendly and looked after us like family. They also arranged a taxi service for us. We met Poppi who was just delightful and helpful us to explore bit more of the island. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to escape to a place that is far from the maddening crowd.”

We arrived late and were tired but the guy on staff told us that we should go out and explore Hadrians Gate and Old town at night and we are so glad that we did! Was a really cool vibe - would recommend exploring at night - this was at 11pm! Bed was comfy and the space was perfect to spent a night or two in as a stopover. Location and value for money are hard to beat. We were able to park our hire car directly outside the front of the hotel which was awesome. Staff were great and very helpful. We would stay here again.”

  Great location, very close to Grassington main street. Warm, clean, everything you needed was here. Nice touch having a welcome pack of milk, cake & crisps, Thank you. Beds comfortable, added throws & pillows on the sofa for comfort too. Weather wasn't great this trip so we used the cottage more than we usually would have. Check in info easy to follow.

  Nothing at all! Only one thing could have made it even better - a radio in the kitchen! Oh & because it was wet a dvd player would have been useful as we were in earlier each evening than usual. But nothing to dislike at all otherwise.

  The flat was very clean and spacious. There was plenty of useful information about the facilities and a good selection of books and games. Our host Vicky made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay again.

  Lovely room overlooking the harbour! Quiet and clean with beautiful fixtures, marble fireplace.lovely rainforest shower

  There wasn’t much choice for breakfast if you didn’t wasn’t full English. Also no water in the room, but to be fair a bottle of water was given as soon as requested. Basic quality toiletries for a premium room was a shame.

  The floor boards were very creaky - but I was not surprised as the building itself is I think 100 years old! There was a large gap underneath our door which we did cover with throw cushions.

  The flat was clean, roughly 30mins with transport from the centre.

  Bad communication with the host. Complained about the heat and the really hot shower, I alr3ady knew from previous reviews about such problems, but I was hoping they were fixed. No reply from the host 😔 Also, really small bathroom, no hooks for the towels, toilet paper or a cup for toothbrushes etc.

  The room was very old and outdated, smelled a little and the heater was incredibly old, meaning even with it turned to the highest it didnt warm up by the time I left the next morning.
