Bed was very comfortable room very clean and quite. Breakfast was disaster. There was so many people waiting for food. There was no glass for juice and cups for tea or coffee, No orange or apple juice, No fried eggs no hash browns even though no bowl for cereal. Staff have no clue. I went to reception to complain and they have also no idea

Breakfast was great really good selection of different things to eat Staff were super friendly and helpful at all times Managers were great to help out after our horrendous first night. Rooms were OK but wouldn't say big enough to be classed as a family room

First night myself and children are heavy sleepers so lucky he only woke my son (5y) once and myself a handful of times but friend who came with us isn't and was awake all night we had the worst people next door, drunk and being abusive to each other, banging wall as they heard us saying we wished they be more quiet, swearing and shouting it just wasn't good at all but the manager was very helpful to move us for night two but unfortunately with how bad the first night was and my asd son crying and scared because of the man next door not sure i would be happy paying nearly £300 for 2 nights again or to ever stay there again if I'm honest but staff were amazing at offering a complimentary drink each and gave my son some chocolates

It's a charming hotel with a lovely lounge/restaurant/lobby which was perfect for spending the day talking with a friend and business connection. The toiletries were nice and if I recall correctly, sustainable.

Location is hard via public transport. You need a car or be willing to uber or taxi from a station. The decor in the room is pretty but a bit in need of a tidy up. But the price reflects this I think.
