Very unfriendly welcome on arrival. Given a list of dos and don'ts. Advised guest staying at the hotel came second that evening at the restaurant as there was a wedding taster venue being held. Unfriendly atmosphere and regretted the booking, unfortunately, we had already paid. The hotel was empty, other guests complained. Steer clear. long way from the M6.

Liked everything. Only suggestion for minor improvement would be a handrail at steps up to front door. Would make accommodation a little bit more accessible and safer.

Room was clean and spacious, although the bathroom was small, location pretty good.

No coat hangers supplied, gaps in the blinds let in light at night from the porch lighting, woke up 3am most mornings due to this and noise, Gap under the room door, let in light and noise. Smell of paint fumes from work being done.
