      Although small, the room was very comfortable and very clean. The location was great, nice and quiet with lovely view of the square garden. Breakfast had a good choice of foods and the coffee was good.

      I couldn't get any hot water in the hand basin but the shower was great. One staff member never smiled!! The seats in the breakfast room were not very comfortable.

      Really good breakfast, beautiful walk into Bradford on Avon, lovely hosts. Easy to drive around to Bath, Cheddar Gorge, Stonehenge. Amazing room and shower room.

      We’ve stayed there before and plan to stay again . The staff are lovely , I slept extremely well , and the continental breakfast offered lots to choose from .

      Soundproof was bad not from the road but between the rooms and in the corridor. No carpets so that not help to keep the noisy lower

      Built on a steep incline Decor showing its’ age. Impressive staircase but questions need to be asked by those with mobility problems as no lift.
