The beds were comfortable and one of the staff members helped me find my room when I was lost - he was great. On street parking is available 23 hours a day and there is a free car park attached. Property is about 8 minutes walk from Golders Green underground station.

The most unclean place I have ever stayed. I was given a room in the annex, which had a terrible smell from the moment I opened the outside door - probably damp and mould. The bedroom had mould down the side of the bed. There was hair in the shower and an old take-out carton hidden in the drawer. The sink was dirty. On arrival there were four staff - only one of whom really spoke a high level of English - on reception. After being given my keys I came back a second time a few minutes later to clarify directions to my room, and having stood in the middle of the group to ask this, three of the four burst out laughing - seemingly at an inside joke. I felt really uncomfortable. One of the guys helped me find it which was great. The code for the WiFi wasn’t in the room and there wasn’t a phone to ask reception. I would have had to walk back to reception to ask and I wasn’t comfortable doing so. Trying to check out at about 10am, there was no one monitoring reception or answering the outside doorbell, so I had to ring a mobile number. It still took a number of minutes before anyone came and when she did, she was grumpy and looked as if she had just woken up. Cheap - but there are places just as cheap in Golders Green and much preferable. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The warmth, history and quirkiness of the Inn. The friendly staff, good food and access to attractions was great. The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. Bathrooms are very clean and modern. Private parking off the street.

Enjoyable stay. Appreciated the space and ability to use washing machine after a couple of weeks travelling. Owner has put a lot of thought into it, e.g. providing an extensive range of ‘treats’.

Minor concerns were: FIRSTLY address on booking.com didn’t say which number property (it was number 1) so didn’t know where to go within the collection of properties. A helpful neighbour advised us which door to knock on. Owner didn’t answer phone but when talking to her I phoned again while she had the phone in her hand but it didn’t ring and just went to message bank. The owner said there was also supposed to be an email from booking.com either details (eg which property number and where the key was) but we didn’t receive it. SECONDLY, after washing clothes and hanging on drying rack (thoughtfully provided in unit), the heating panels went off overnight, and then came on automatically in the morning before we got up. Apartment became quite cold, but there was an electric blanket so ok while in bed. DESPITE those glitches, everything else was great.

It was cheap. I was only needing a bed for the night on the way to somewhere else. The bed was comfy and it has everything you need for a quick stop over.

It was hard to locate from the services due to lack of lighting in the car park and drive in. The shower mat was not removable and was quite grubby looking.

Very uncomfortable beds. Noisy neighbourhood. I wouldn't recommend to sleep with open windows. Small Table, uncomortable chairs. The room is not very cosy.
