  Ideal location for cafes and shops along St.James Street. Room was plenty big enough, bright, despite being below ground level. "Kitchen" corner was an unexpected bonus (fridge & microwave in addition to well-stocked tea & coffee selection). Owner was available over phone and very helpful.

  Decor tired and tatty. Bed rattled and squeaked, mattress & pillows very lumpy. Cup in bathroom had some unidentified gunk in the bottom. Cupboard doors were barely hanging on the frame and I could hardly move them. Microwave was not very clean inside.

  The location is great, easy to find. The room and bed aren't so bad.

  Their males and Females had to share bathrooms. I don't mind sharing a bathroom with other females but meeting a man I don't know from anywhere in the bathroom when going to have my bath after I have paid for a female-only room is a NO. I believe they can do better. The toilets weren't clean.
