I did not like the fact that when I booked through booking my computer froze and when I refreshed the dates auto changed to the present day and not the date I wanted to book. I did not notice this then next day l get an email from booking saying I would be charged for a no show fee. I made another booking for the dates I wanted and went to the hotel. I explained the situation and hotel said that was not down to them it was booking who charged for no show. I have sent several emails to booking customer service but no one had even bothered to reply. I have used booking now for about 15 years but after this event I my future business will be going elsewhere

The property was disgusting and very old (rubbish left on tables in entrance, room was not cleaned between guests), there was hair and dirty in the shower, bins were not emptied, floor had not been hoovered and sink was covered in soap residue. There was no staff present to raise concerns. No wifi whole stay.

Breakfast was poorly executed, Avocado had lots of black pepper put on when I expressed how much chilli was in it so was too hot to eat & muffin was hard & inedible. There was no hairdryer & most accommodation has this, reception wasn’t manned you had to go to the bar, not what I would expect
