  Big and spacious for such a central location. Not far from city centre. Outside area. TV room gets good sunlight in the day making it quite a nice admin spot (if people aren’t watching TV…). Comfy beds. Everything pretty clean.

  Not much vibe, bunches of school kids on the regular (I mean it is a YMCA so to be expected). So it’s perfectly functional, even with if the kitchen is basic, but just no particularly nice energy like some hostels. Also there is isn’t free tea and coffee available quite often.

  Room 4 bed very uncomfortable, needs a topper.No hanging space. No chair. Floors need cleaning. Electric jug but no cups or glasses. Had to unplug the TV to use the power point CPAP machine. Bathroom needs updating. No towel rails, no toilet roll holder, no shelf or cupboard, external base of shower needs cleaning. Room 5 electric jug didn't work, one cup, TV remote not working had no back and rusty batteries., No sink in bathroom.
