  We love the house , we had a very good temperature when we arrived as the wheatear had not been on our side so we arrived into a whorm welcoming home. We feel like home as soon as we get in. Very cosy and spacious. It has a little back garden, too . The location is perfect , even though we drove to the location we've been happy to find the bus station is couple of steps from door and the bus ride to Bath city centre is 20 minutes, so we had no stress with parking . There are few local shops no more than 5 minutes walking and the neighbourhood is very beautiful. I highly recommend!This place is absolutely fabulous , and we will come back!

  The shower door is broken .It looked like it could be a hazard in case it's used ,however, we had another bath where we could take sower and a toilet downstairs, so that's was not a problem . Another situation we had with the wooden radiator board in the corridor near the kitchen, our 2 year old daughter tried to get to the car keys we left on the board, and it all felt over her as is not fixed onto the wall , luckily nothing has happened as it hit the other wall we've all just got scared and a little bump on the head ! It would be great of that would somehow be possible to get fixed on the wall and parents of young children keeping them out of the radiator board !

  Very comfortably fitted out. It was lovely to have drinks and breakfast items provided. Garden courtyard is a lovely sun trap in the morning. WiFi and apps on TV. Games were used. An excellent walking distance base for exploring central Brighton. Good communication with the owner.

  It took us a bit of effort to work out the Hive heating, but we did, and then it was very cosy. We booked for 3 of us, but Booking.com suggested there was only room for 2. We can confirm capacity for 4 people, and the owner was made aware.

  The room has been cleaned every day. The beds were comfortable. We had beautiful view. The location of the hotel is amazing - 3-4 min walk to the underground and the train station. There were some supermarkets near the hotel. The area around is nice, clean and calm.

  We paid extra money for the upgrade of our room which I didn't conform during our conversation here. If I insisted to be in the twin room, I would have upgraded it by myself when I saw the option in booking.com for less. When we passed through a room on our floor we heard sudden scream which scared us. We didn't have toilet brush in our bathroom.
