How does it work?

  • 1

    It starts with a booking

    It starts with a booking

The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

  • 2

    Followed by a trip

    Followed by a trip

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

  • And finally, a review

    And finally, a review

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

  • Grand Millennium Business Bay

    - “Excellent 5-star hotel in Dubai, located in one of the best areas – Business Bay. Perfect if you are coming by car - excellent valet services and ample parking space. All the staff was friendly, attentive, polite and helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The services are great (e.g., We used the laundry service which was reasonably priced and timely, or the reception was always helpful with anything we needed). Hotel itself is new, very modern and tastefully decorated, with large lobby spaces to hangout. Room had a view of the bay and Burj Khalifa. Room was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Amenities include chairs, tables, desk, windows with sun blinds, smart TV, powerful air-conditioning, mirror, plenty of closet space with hangers, safe, fridge, tea kettle, tea & coffee, USB charging sockets and lamps on both sides of the bed, great lighting, fast Wi-Fi, iron, shoe horn, hair dryer, and essentials like towels, shampoo, shower gel, etc. Bed and blankets were large. Mattress was very comfortable (also for people with back problems). Bathroom was spacious, well-designed and clean, with a bathtub, walk-in shower, bidet, toilet and vanity mirror. Breakfast was just delicious, with every variety of food imaginable. Staff was attentive and careful about allergies and special dietary requirements. Hotel has four in-house restaurants and a bar to choose from, all of which are excellent. One of the restaurants has their own sheesha place with excellent sheeshas and service. Hotel has a decent swimming pool with a life guard on duty and a pool-side bar with nice views. Spa (includes jacuzzi, steam, sauna, etc.) was well-maintained and massage services were excellent. In general, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in!”

I thought that one or two of the hotel staff members needed some better customer service skills. I didn’t feel well treated a couple of times. There is a lovely lady serving in the restaurant at breakfast time who is superb. Sorry I don’t know her name. Thoughtful and kind. I know the hotel well and can see the spa is very tired and not pleasant to use.

Been coming here for years. It’s a brilliant location and the setting for one of the MR James stories, a warning to the curious, so my boyfriend loves it. They are dog friendly and it’s good to walk on the beach everyday.

The staff were slow and seemed miserable. Waiting to be served at breakfast was interminable. Even though you had to book a time to go down. The room was tiny, very hot, and overlooked the car park. The food and drinks were expensive for small portions. It was all a bit tired. Previously stays have been fabulous due to wonderful staff, excellent food and the great location. This time it felt a bit like a hostel and our week long stay dragged and we were glad to be gone. I am sorry to be so negative as previously I have loved my stays.

Sad to see that children under 1 aren't allowed. Now with a newborn, we'll need to wait a while before coming back.

The room was full of bedbugs, and the whole family rudely woke up biten by bedbug in 2 in the morning. Blood spot everywhere from bed bug. Even we have seen 5-7 bed bug rinning on our bedsheet. Told staff members about it and does not bellive and asking evidence, we have all video rocrding, and he claim that they sprayed bed bugs with poisoning while we go out. Now, all family, itching, scratching.

The intrusive questions asked by the hosts, such as what are you doing during your stay and demand for electronic ID which I don't like to send to strangers for obvious reasons. Mixed communications some by email some just on the app which I missed. Refusal to provide access to the property while we were travelling down because of failure to provide the above info. even though all payments were made. Caused extra stress as I have an operation in the hospital the next day.
