Very friendly helpful staff, interesting mix of purpose within the renovated old granary. Good to see an old building repurposed instead of flattened. Ground floor cafe/open space well used warm and welcoming, food good and reasonably priced. Only 10 mins walk from the railway station, easy access to coastal path and beaches very pleasant couple of days spent here

The mattress might not be to everyone's like, that's a very personal thing. But all linen clean and comfortable. Nothing else to say.

Ideal location if you’ve got a conference at the EICC, just 100m from the front door. Although not full English breakfast, was very nice continental breakfast and well stocked with fresh stuff (only one coffee per person). Room small, but very modern with touch buttons and good air conditioner and nice and quiet.

Small room with no bath (£380 for 3 days). Weird having no window, but this was as advertised. Difficult to tell if day or night and what weather was like outside. No full English breakfast.

I caught the shuttle bus from term 2.......the driver took me to Radisson Blue. I walked to your Hotel, no problem. The shuttle going back to Heathrow, next day, was O.K. I had a good sleep. Only thing was my Fish and chips was batter & chips......not much fish at all. I did notice others had bigger fish.

Not the grandest or newest decor, but the little bedroom was more than adequate for a short trip to visit pals in the area, and easy access to Addlestone and m25, opposite a large Tesco, car park a real bonus. Booking in process was simple and staff friendly.

I object to you taking £100 out of my account as a deposit. There is almost nothing in the room to break and the room was already paid for so there is no need. Keeping card details should suffice. The room could have offered tea and coffee making facilities

Given a small bedded double room- bed very uncomfortable - not a normal double as advertised- room in need of a facelift Window frames although PVC seals covered in mould Heating/radiators never came on at all Had to clear shower tray myself due to overflowing water- trap absolutely full -not cleaned regularly TV appalling - no signal- plugs/cables look a mess with use of 3 way plug adapter Breakfast very overcooked
