The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was very stuffy on the first night. We couldn't adjust the temperature, as it was stuck at 22 degrees and too hot to sleep. We finally figured out how to open the windows, so we slept better on the second night. Overall, it was an okay stay.

Location is very isolated with not even a nearby shop to pick up some amenities. I was on foot and there is no way out of the village so I was stranded. I expected a cooked breakfast but they just put cereal in the room and delivered a sandwich at night to keep for the next morning. A really bizarre breakfast ritual I must say. The price per night is reflective of the price of a central hotel in a city where you would get a proper breakfast. With nothing to do in the area and a less than breakfast offering, I felt I didn't get good value for money at £90 per night. Plus I could hear every word of the room next doors TV which didn't make things better. Also the double bed was two singles pushed together
