Really lovely, comfortable apartment. Great location and everything had been thought of. My husband and i stayed for 2 nights for a rest before i continue my cancer treatment and this place was perfect. Had a lovely stay. Would love to stay again.

Did not like having to use superhog to pass over my details. Never had to do this before and wasn't warned before hand that I'd have to pass my details to a 3rd party. The apartment was great. One problem was the fridge has not been fixed into place so tips forwards when open. This could be dangerous. And We really wanted to use the fire in the courtyard but couldn't get it working.

A little noisy from people out drinking but it was a Saturday night, there was a bit of noise from people coming back in from a night out but that wouldn’t happen every time, I think it is to be expected on a weekend I couldn’t work the tv but it might have been me and I didn’t really need it

Checked into the hotel at around 10 pm, dropped off my bag and then asked specifically about getting access after the pub shut at 1pm. Was shown the fire escape and the back entrance. Arrived as a solo female to the hotel at 3 am to find the backdoor upstairs locked with no acces with the key I had been given. Knocked and rang the hotel but no answer. After some time I made contact with a friend and organised somewhere else to spend the night, which involved going on the night bus across london. Arrived back at 10 am the next day to check out and the door was still locked, phoned and emailed the hotel with no response. I sat outside for about 30 mins and thankfully a group were going out for a cigarette. Got them to let me in as they had a key for that backdoor that I did not have. I managed to get my bag and left. I have not been offered a refund or anything as they have not responded to messages. Spend money on a room which I was not able to use.
