We only slept one night in the room which it was perfect for. The bed was comfy and clean. Nice to have a kitchen to make a meal in the evening and breakfast in the morning. Easy to come there by train and bus from st Pancras. One stop with train to Stratford and then a bus less than 10 min to Grange road - kitchen a little bit unequipped and felt a little bit dirty when we came there - maybe not the coziest stay, you don’t really hang out in the common areas and the room is very small - no soap in the toilet upstairs

Friendly staff at epl who look after the property, nice location with a co-op and other stores and restaurants all close by as well as the tram from airport

Nothing, was an exceptional apartment that was clean, bright and in a great location - book it you won’t be disappointed.

Really good location, staff were good (hardly spoke to them to really know) and comfy bed.

The room was disappointing, the hotel is quite dated - reception is good but then once you go down the corridors they just look scruffy. Not like the pictures, could really do with a refresh throughout, the rooms were pretty battered and dusty in areas. Our bathroom had a broken draw, found myself stood on a nail, the list could go on really. I’m not one to complain but this was my partners surprise 30th getaway and I feel for the price you pay that you’d expect much better. A hotel should feel special and not like a budget hotel - it just feels and looks like no money wants to be spent on it. The rooms need to be re-done rather than bodged to make do, our bathroom clearly had a tile replaced that was completely different to the rest. Our bathroom door looked battered with chip marks across the top and the bottom, the bathroom sill has obviously been cut to get to pipes at some point but was loose and hasn’t been siliconed back up to the others to hold it back in place. The laminate flooring was very worn, wallpaper is ripped in areas, the cushioned wall had what looked like paint drip marks on it, the plug socket/light switches looked really scruffy with paint on them. Just overall tatty.
