One of the cleanest places I've stayed in London for an inexpensive price. Bed was comfie. Access was easy, there was noone onsite by the look of it but it felt safe with all the security keys. Bathroom was clean. Shower wasn't that strong but it was warm. Quiet area but still takeaways and places to eat. There was a kitchen to use, which was a plus too. Positioned close to the station on the Hammersmith line straight into Liverpool Street, King's Cross or Euston Square.

Could do with a couple more pillows. There was plenty of fire alarms but only one unlocked door in and out of the house.

The location was superb for a family wanting to visit the Natural History Museum. The layout of the flat was also comfortable, there was everything we needed.

There was hassle with Stayo's separate booking portal (I had problems with accessing it and had to upload a photo of my passport two times while the system threatenes that if I don't manage to do it, my booking will be cancelled). Also, the shower design was very impractical.

Lock on bathroom door not working, no electric charge point for car. It would be wrong for me to let a future experience taint my my view/experience of a previous visit but I have to mention it - A couple of weeks later I had an emergency call out to the same job so I phoned the hotel at 9.30am and was put through to 'reservations'. I thought they may be serving breakfast so left my details and my requirements (two night's stay). No response, so I left another message in the afternoon about the urgency of my booking...no reply....ever...still waiting. Not good.

The room was so noisy, we hardly slept. There was a huge amount of road noise, but the worst was the general noise of the hotel. When people walked along the corridor or above us it sounded like they were in the room with us. We were startled several times in the night as we actually thought someone was in our room, the footsteps were so loud. No food available after 9pm, reception advised us to get Uber eats!
