I met some collegues online and the view behind me was so nice, with the light through the plants in the big windows than one of them told me that he thought I have a virtual wall until he spotted a cat walking on the fence The coffee machine is a real thing with coffee beans, the facilities are complete. You definitelly get more than you pay. The cofee and some fruit were on the house. The hosts are very nice and stylish people, very thougtfull and helpfull. They even offered to drive us from the train station to the property and back. They helped us with everything we needed and they contributted to the general impression of a nice and beautifull atmosphere overall.”

  Staff were very friendly and helpful - even letting my Dad wait in the lounge the next day after we had checked out, while he waited for me at an appointment. Location was great - walking distance to UoR and to a small set of shops/restaurants/supermarkets (in both directions from the hotel). The room was quiet, the beds were comfy, the bathroom was clean, there was a TV, fridge, microwave and cutlery in the room and you are allowed to bring in takeaways and food to eat in your room. Breakfast was excellent - we both had the full English and there is a buffet too with cereals, pastries, yogurt, fruit, etc. Plenty of parking spaces. We would definitely stay here again in the future - good night's sleep.

  staff and food - excellent. accommodation was good apart from the shower door being broken the day before. There was not enough time to repair and whilst this didnt stop me taking a shower, i was concerned about soaking the bathroom floor. i would stay here again and enjoy the carvery, delicious.

  Very good quality of rooms for the price you pay. Rooms look a lot better in person than the photos. Rooms come with everything you need and there’s free parking room the back in their car park. About a 15 minute walk away from the city centre.

  Club room was a good size. Breakfast was extensive and not rushed. Free water appreciated. walkable distance to Albert Hall.

  Window mechanism too complex to open! Bathroom somewhat small and bath difficult to access. Biggest issue is the closure of Humphrey's bar at 11........ would have liked to used this facility for longer after we returned from concert but instead we were rushed to finish our drinks.
