Comfortable bed, easy check-in and check-out, they were v helpful when I left my phone at property after we checked out. Bread and milk in fridge was nice touch. Bathroom spacious.

The flowers seems to be put out instead of cleaning the place. The was wee on the toilet seat, dust everywhere and stained towels. The towels were thin and old. I didn’t get given the wifi I had to text, I got a reply over an hour later. I couldn’t get the shower to work and to be fair I didn’t ask for help but it was so late and I just wanted to sleep and leave. For £60 a night I would expect a basic but clean place. Unfortunately it was not clean.

Most hotels have a time when children can access the kesuire facilities. I booked this hotel so by could use the pool etc and couldn't get near it because of a massive group of teenagers messing around. Not just for a little while but for ages and i have up in the end. For sonebisy who has never been to Reading before the advice about getting to car park was poor. U ended up at the train station car park. Advise should have been given at booking there was a marathon on and s one roads might be closed in the morning would have also been helpful. I paid £125 for 1 night so I could use the pool etc and i couldn t. I won t be booking there again. Thanks. Sarah.
