This is central to the Lizard village in a lovely farm house. We stayed in a spacious room with views in 2 directions over fields and the sea. Great hosts who made us very welcome. One of the best B&B we have stayed in while walking the SWCP, and well worth the slightly detour! Also recommend the Mexican Dinner near by for eating out, which is amazing?

The front of house team were fantastic. Two of them (Alice and Dimitri) were outstanding in helping us when our car broke down on arrival, finding jump leads and trying to help start the car while the AA man was en-route. Absolutely fantastic. And the service in both the bar and breakfast room was friendly and prompt.

Our room felt a little on a shabby side, considering the room rate – in need of an upgrade, I think The sheets looked and felt old, and had a few marks on them. The spa is very nice, but doesn't have a sauna, which was surprising for a spa (just a steam room and hydro pool). The only other thing is that we booked 90min treatments and were asked to arrive early for a consultation. We arrived early but we weren't actually taken to the massage rooms until 5-10mins after the treatment should have started, whereupon a further 3-4 mins was taken up with the consultation. In the end around 15mins of my 90min treatment time were lost due to this faffing about, and this wasn't made up for at the end. That was disappointing.

Rooms are clean, TVs are great size, staff are always friendly and helpful, location is decent. KFC, McDonald's and Harvester are easily walk-able. Reasonable garage with Subway, and Greggs on-site.

Rooms are a bit on the smaller side. It's fine if you are only spending a few nights, but if staying longer, it may be a bit cramped. If you don't have transport, taxis can become a bit pricey.

The location is good. It was warm. Can't think of any other positives. We were meant to stay 3 nights but only lasted one.

I knew it was only going to be a cabin but thought there would be more basics provided. No towels or bath mat, no dishcloth, no teatowel, one roll of toilet paper. Very minimal kitchenware for cooking. There was a bucket with dirty water in it in the bathroom. The beds were uncomfortable and bedrooms very cramped.

Room was great , breakfast - all choices were available and location to all aspects of the city was fantastic.

The weather could have been better but that was out of our hands.
