The room was bright, inviting, clean, snug and safe. It was impressively minimal with the essentials - large comfortable bed, good sized wardrobe, 2 small cabinets ( with complimentary bottles of water, milk pellets, tea, etc ) and well-positioned TV on wall. And of course, attached shower, and toilet. This was impressively maintained by the kindly, attentive ladies that cleaned, made the bed and replaced the towels in a pristine, neat, and tidy fashion. Also in addition, the key card and key was pleasingly reliable and there is a very large capacious Sainsbury`s store conveniently nearby along with another one where the cars pass by on the other side. And the staff were pleasingly attentive, accommodating and polite.

The obvious demerit is the noise and movements of other guests and staff is very easily heard and felt, which proved to be jarring and disturbing early on. But perhaps a small price to be paid if you can endure it ? ! If you are a light sleeper than this could prove problematic and may not be the place to stay ? ! But endure it I did and certainly enjoyed my comfortable stay at this modest but impressively maintained welcoming, and accommodating hotel.

Good location. 20min walk to city centre and train station. 10min walk to nearest supermarket and gym. Allocated parking. Good facility including dishwasher. Hygiene starter pack included. Newly furnished modern apartment. Easy check-in with no need to carry keys.

Having hoover and spare bedsheets would be great for longer stays. Price during the peak period is premium, though to be fair accommodation could be also considered premium in comparison with competition. Roundabout near apartment is very busy, so don't forget your earplugs for sleep. It is unfortunate that there is no way to control people who are using someone else's parking space, which can be troublesome on busy days.

Bedroom was disgusting no where to hang clothes. The en suite bathroom was like a building site the shower must have had a leak as the bottom had smashed the tiles off no mirror and paper falling off the ceiling and the grouting in the shower was at best poor.
