Super friendly and helpful staff. Room was ready early so I could check in with my heavy bags. Breakfast team were superhero’s getting everyone’s orders out. Comfy bed, great shower. Mini fridge in the room was a bonus. Incredible location around the corner from two Tube stations.

The breakfast was wonderful and the location would have been excellent had I been on the sea side and not on the noisy main street. The room was comfortable if very tiny. The staff were charming and helpful.

The single bed was very narrow and the room was tiny so I felt it was overpriced and noisy at night because my room overlooked the street. Also no lift and stair carpet could do with replacing. In the bathroom the window won't stay closed and the loo seat is up against the flush handle. I thought I was booking directly with the hotel but got hijacked by booking.com who made the whole pre-stay experience unpleasant. Deal directly with the hotel.

The room was huge and beautifully decorated. Self check-in instructions were super simple. It's a great location to explore Belfast- we were able to walk everywhere. Highly recommend!

Ideal location for me as I was visiting my daughter in the area. I had booked a single room but was upgraded to an apartment which was excellent. Plenty of space and quiet at night.

Chair in room was hard and too low to work at the desk comfortably. Building was a bit shabby externally. Breakfast was generally luke warm or cold (which is unforgivable in hospitality), there was no table service, some staff were stood around chatting together instead of clearing tables and refilling the OJ, bringing out fresh pastries etc. Simple things could improve this place so much.
