We stayed in the Annexe, which was amazing. Mezzanine sleeping area,plenty of tea,coffee biscuits. There was a comfy couch and armchair and a fabulous spa bath with lovely toiletries. We ate in the dining room. The food was fabulous, as was the cooked breakfast in the morning (all local products) Would love to return in the summer as the garden area looked amazing, with plenty of seating with a stream running through it. Staff were lovely.

Views, views and more views! I had used the rooftop bar before, but my wife had never been and she was blown away by the 360degree views there...along with the drinks and the very friendly service. I was impressed by the general fit out of the rooms. I must say I was expecting less as many a London hotel can have sub-par rooms surrounded by excellent facilities. We enjoyed it so much that we added an extra night onto our stay!

Great big comfy bed with pristine bedding. Fabulous view of the planes taking off from the runway! Useful extras like Irin/ironing board & hairdryer.

Although there was squeezy hand soap/shampoo in a bottle screwed to the wall. It would have been useful if there was an additional bar of soap on the side to have a bath with. Couldn't reach the bottled soap from sitting position in the bath. Parking was a bit pricey at £15..when in fact you've paid for a room for the night! I also ordered a Taxi the night before..it didn't show up.

Cleaner didn’t get the floors done properly as our socks were very dirty. Host was very nice when we wrote about this issue. Other than that everything was nice😊
