I met some collegues online and the view behind me was so nice, with the light through the plants in the big windows than one of them told me that he thought I have a virtual wall until he spotted a cat walking on the fence The coffee machine is a real thing with coffee beans, the facilities are complete. You definitelly get more than you pay. The cofee and some fruit were on the house. The hosts are very nice and stylish people, very thougtfull and helpfull. They even offered to drive us from the train station to the property and back. They helped us with everything we needed and they contributted to the general impression of a nice and beautifull atmosphere overall.”

  Beautifully tasteful furnishing, bedding and appliances, a diffuser with the hairdrier, the view and little balcony, the eco friendly toiletries and recycling, and the thoughtfulness that has gone into making this feel like a home rather than somewhere to stay. Bread provision for breakfast was surprising, and very well done.

  Location to Kew Gardens , very comfortable bed excellent shower , nice touches with fresh milk in the fridge . Lovely welcome from Alicia on reception a asset to the business .

  Unfortunately due in part to under staffing at breakfast majority of tables were left with dirty dishes , not pleasant to eat breakfast surrounded by dirty tables , continental area not re filled in a timely manner people often asking for dishes , orange juice , milk etc . Quality of the hot breakfast was very good, however poorly executed .

  The location was great. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to be helpful, can't praise them enough!

  Pains me to say this but there was a problem with our booking but the staff went above and beyond to remedy the mix up. Alternative accommodation nearby was found for us for the first night and then we settled in at Aysgarth falls and were treated to a meal and drinks as a goodwill gesture. Really appreciated! The one negative aspect was the food, it tended to be hit and miss, a couple of poor evening meals and 'iffy' breakfasts, especially the eggs. This however did not spoil our stay and we would stay here again and highly recommend this property!

  Address shows as Castle Combe, when is actually its in Ford about 1 mile from Castle Combe. this is not a problem as its in an idyllic location,. The problem is when you put the White Hart Castle Combe into the Sat Nav it takes you to the other White hart.
