The staff were polite and immediately reacted positively to any concern. Breakfast arrangements were clearly explained and we opted for the free continental breakfast which was ample for our appetite. We enjoyed an excellent evening meal in the restaurant. The same menu was available in the bar but it's noisier, conversation would have been difficult. The restaurant manager was kind enough to arrange a move when a quiet table became available.

The room we were first assigned was nothing like the picture on Booking.com There was little room around the bed whereas we had chosen the higher rate for a one with desk and extra seating. It was so disappointing, especially having stayed in the amazing room 12 last time. We complained and were immediately upgraded. On checkout, the bill sounded high and it turn out our payment to booking.com had not been deducted. Again this was soon put right so all was well in the end.

Friendly & welcoming. Immaculate throughout. We were in Feathers, a first floor room overlooking their small courtyard. Comfy double with good size bathroom and walk in shower. Breakfast, served in the downstairs bistro was amazing!

So convenient to walk straight across to departures for our early flight. The king bed was super comfortable and they had already set up the extra bed for my son when we arrived, everything was clean and easy.

This is our 2nd stay at the hotel,we enjoyed the new Garden room bar the decoration is beautiful. The bedroom was so nice and had a wonderful view. The staff are really friendly and very helpful.

It was well decorated and spotlessly clean. Quiet. And stocked with everything you might need. The welcome milk and homemade cookies.

We had issues with constant hot water, especially in the bathroom. Not sure if it was on a timer? But certainly did not run hot early morning. The shower was also hard to regulate comfortably. Either too hot, or too cold. Although we were aware of the ceiling height upstairs…We found it a struggle. Had to crawl into bed, literally.

These are all details, but since almost everything was perfect, here's the nitpicking: - I hate the single use cups this chain seems to be using at all locations. I'll never believe they're somehow more sustainable than a regular, washable, old-fashioned cup. Can't believe drinking from those monstrosities is acceptable in a tea culture country. - my room had a window that couldn't be opened all the way. I understand it's probably for safety reasons, but there was a build up of cobwebs and dirt in the hard to reach section and it just looked ugly and didn't fit the overall very clean room. - I stayed for four nights and never figured out what the proper way of paying for breakfast was. It looked like some people paid at the bar, some at the reception and some didn't at all. One day I was surveyed during a breakfast by a lady asking me for a room number and whether I have paid, the next day no one asked. :)

We had to climb 4 floors to the room. I would not recommend for those having big luggage. Also, the parking is not on site , we needed to walk past a few blocks. The staff were sometimes responsive, sometimes not.
