The bed mattress was a bit painful to our back, the indoor pool is not a heated one, there was no creamer for the coffee on sight

We like the staff, how spacious the rooms were and the breakfast we had was balanced from salad to carbohydrate and protein.

Leaving at 7 am in the morning, the hotel did not have anyone to assist me with carrying the suitcases down 3 flights of stairs ( no elevator). The receptionist had promised someone would come late at night to bring down the luggage, but unfortunately no one showed up.

The receptionists were friendly and the room was nice and large though the mattress could have been of better quality. I didn’t have time to try the swimming pool.

The jacuzzi & sauna were closed during my stay. They should maintain these facilities mentioned as these are assets of the hotel. Moreover, management should maintain the rooms well they were getting old.

There is no elevator. If you have room facing the pool, there will be loud music all day (stops at 6 pm). Wifi quality is very poor.

- poor wifi - the dont accept cards, only cash - breakfast start very late ( from 9:00 ) , and from 9 they just start to preparing it, so you must wait at least to 9:30 to see everything - but at the end there is not much for choice - relatively poor breakfast - there is no room service - nobody gives you to room new toilet paper, i must asked for it - shower in my bathroom was without the wall, so always when you took a shower the bathroom was full of water, also there is no place to put your cosmetics there ( could be there some shelf ).

Average hotel - but with nice pool ( very refreshing in hot days ) Blond lady at reception was kind and helpful.

The mattresses are horrible, no windows in the rooms. Hotel very far from center. Smell humidity in rooms.

The towels smell like bleach, the room is def old, not renovated for a while, the hairdryer did not work, cups in the restaurant seen better times. Bed sheets are with holes from cigarette burns that were left by previous visitors. Pools doesn't open till 10 am and closed at 8pm. Breakfast is 4 dishes plus salad plus a bit of pastry. Right by the road, noisy. DOES NOT ACCEPT CARDS for payments. Room's keys and locks are old and hard to close, there is not safety lock inside the room on the door. Does not worth money paid, should be 2-3 times cheaper.

I booked this hotel via booking.com and tried to pay with my business debit card. When I arrived to the hotel, the receptionist informed me that only cash is accepted. I had to change money in the exchange office in 10 minutes walk. I was not given the receipt of payment and my booking was canceled on booking.com by the hotel. Now I can not confirm my business expenses for the hotel accommodation in Yerevan. I suppose the hotel violates the booking.com policies and I suggest booking.com to better control the hotels it cooperates with. I don’t think such hotels ever have the privilege of being booked via booking.com, as it greatly undermines the booking.com trustworthiness.

Reception, management, and all staff are hospitable and very helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and has the best pool area. It's not too far from the city center which is great.

The road back to the airport cost 4000 dram, so better take the yandex. Otherwise everything is perfect, I liked my stay
