We got a room that was located furthest away from the elevator and there where stairs on 3 spots. Which was difficult with bags. No room service. The staff where good but could have been friendlier. The gym had minimal equipments

Beautiful and modern boutique hotel in the heart of Graz. Room was spacious, comfortable, with modern interior design and contemporary vibe. Would also recommend the bar and restaurant, breakfast was great. Location excellent, right in the city center with everything in immediate walking distance. It has become my new favorite hotel in Graz.

The stairs...unfortunately we selected an apartment that required a LOT of stairs to get to (both up and down) and that was definitely painful to manage.

Location, location, location. It could not have been better to visit all of the best that Graz has to offer. Close to everything, and when not, close to public transportation to get you there!

The pet-friendly rooms could use some added soundproofing to mitigate potential disturbances / noises and reduce the stress levels for our fur babies. The hotel parking is a short walk away and having a vallet service would be great. Minor points aside, Aiola is a top-notch choice for travelers seeking a pet-friendly, comfortable, and centrally located stay in Graz!

Aiola proved to be an outstanding choice for a recent getaway for my wifes birthday. Their pet-friendly policy was a standout feature, allowing our fur babies to join us on a stress-free weekend break. The warm welcome extended to our pets, with thoughtful amenities provided for their comfort. The room was not only clean but also tastefully decorated, and the plush bedding ensured a restful night's sleep. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city of Graz, and the nearby parks added an extra layer of convenience for our regular walks with our 2 little frenchies. We will be back!

The breakfast wasn't bad but it was a bit underwhelming. There were only a handful of options, both from the kitchen and from the self-service area. All in all, the food itself was tasty but could've been more varied.

The location is amazing, as you're within walking distance of every minor and major tourist attraction that Graz has to offer. It's also very quiet as the closest street is one-way while the rest of the surrounding area is a pedestrian-only zone. The room was beautiful, with a unique design. It was well-organized and there was plenty of storage space. The staff was accommodating and helpful throughout our stay there.

Lovely double bed, but only a single duvet. Hot water from Nespresso coffee machine in room tasted of coffee. Separate kettle for tea in room would have been helpful.

For a longer stay you might miss a cupboard, but I did not stay long and hangers are fine for me.

Very centrally located - in the front there is the pedestrian zone - a very stylish hotel. Nice large bed, large room with also seating area for two and extra opportunity to work, stylish bathroom (shower), without disturbing noise from neighbouring rooms or street. Nice restaurant and bar (opposite) also run by the hotel (owners). Super friendly and kind staff - I was lucky because the room was ready for early checkin even, no discussions re receiving an invoice or other support. I did not have breakfast included but the offer looked very inviting. I would love to go there again.

My only criticism would be a lack of a car park but they do have a deal with a car park 5 minutes away. I had issues with this as we were staying for 3 three nights but the reception staff couldn't have been more helpful.

The Aiola Living Graz is a fantastic and slightly quirky hotel. Excellent reception team and very beautiful both inside and out. The rooms are a great size and very stylish, everything we needed was there.
