No hotel room should have a bathroom without doors (especially one that faces the windows!)

"Worn-out and poor-quality pillows and towels. They also skimp on toilet paper, i.e., they leave used rolls for new guests. Strange layout of the toilet and bathroom. After using the toilet, you have to cross the entire room to reach the sink and wash your hands. Parking and pets are additional costs that are not highlighted on Booking.com as those that incur extra charges. In any case, it is too expensive, with parking at 16 Euros per day and a pet at 20 Euros per day.

There were no hotel's house slippers in the room, while a hotel's robe was there.

A breakfast was different from what usually is served in hotels in Austria, but products were very high quality and fresh.

We usually stay at this hotel for a night every summer when we go on vacation as it is halfway. Very tidy and comfortable place. And this year got to stay a bit longer and realized it's also located pretty well and has a nice breakfast too.

The parking garage has a limited number of parking spaces, about 25 if I remember correctly, so I can imagine situations where you might not have a space left. The beds were way too soft for our taste.

Even though it is unusual to enter every room from the outside, you are welcomed by a quite big room. The rooms are well equipped and have a separate toilette. However, the bathroom is a part of the sleeping area and offers no privacy - is ok for a couple, but I can imagine some guests might not be happy about that. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was good and tasty. Parking is possible in the underground garage for additional 16€/night. Some might not like the location (about 30-35 minutes of walking distance to the historical city center, about 10 minutes by tram), but the surrounding seem to be quiet and offers some services such as supermarkets and gas stations. We would definitely stay here again.

The appartment is very close to the stadium of Sturm Graz. Great place. A nice public swimming pool is in the neighbourhood.

Even location is quite solid. You can walk 30 min or take a public transportation (30 sec from facility) and you’ll be in city center in less than 10 min.

Perfect value for money. Quality of service, politeness of the staff, hygiene, breakfast. On top of everything that was provided, I forgot my perfume in the room and I got a call after 2 hours informing me and being at disposal to sent to me.

Bed was quite uncomfortable, pillows had a strange sweet smell. For this reason alone, I wouldn't stay here again.

Nothing to dislike.

We were pleased to have stayed at this property for many reasons - location is great, quiet, room spacious and comfortable. Easy access to tramline. We appreciated having a supermarket close by. Staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Prior to our arrival, we communicated via email and messages (via Booking.com) with various queries, and they were answered promptly and providing necessary information.

The bathroom situation - toilet was in a separate room but the shower is in the main bathroom which has no door = no privacy. May be ok for a couple but traveling with my 18-yr-old son required each of us to sit at the kitchen table while the other showered. Weird.

Minor details need a bit of polish for the price, more of a maintenance issues, ex. Basement doors to garage are stuck/hard to open, just some of the general upkeep, a bit of repainting would make the premises flawless

it was not cleaned very well the boiler makes a lot of noise, as well as guests in the balcony overnight no staff after 10pm

I liked the kettle in the room and the position as it was well connected and served.
