The location was excellent right beside the lift towards Fiss. The rooms had nice view. The wellness facilities, sauna and hammam, were clean, quiet end of top quality. Breakfast area had a view to the snowed mountains. Last but not least, the staff. They were very helpful always with answers to our questions and with solutions to our enquiries.

Closing time of the sauna is too early and other guests were talking loud in the sauna and relaxing area. Chairs could be arranged in better way to utilize the space better and make better walking isles. Restaurant is also closing early, we were not able to have sauna after our walk in the mountains and afterwards eat in the restaurant. Resting area with beds in the wellness was too warm.

View from the room,, breakfast was great, lots of choice and fresh local products.. Wellness is luxurious with 5 different saunas and very nice beds, towels, blankets, fresh tea and snacks.

Gorgeous view from our room and terrace. Super clean and modern. Comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They included gratis cable car passes and we climbed up and down mountains on cable cars. Best vacation of my life.

Unfortunately, to get the hotel with public transport was really difficult. You need to go uphill about 650 meters, and to do it with suitcases... The same is to get gondola lift. In spite of it was very close (just about 100 meters), you had to go by dirty field, or it was about 1 km on a asphalt road. Of course in case of good snow coverage, you can reach it very easy by ski, but in our time there was no snow coverage at all, just dirty grass.

The stuff of the hotel was extremely friendly. The SPA facilities were very good. The breakfast also was rich with variety of fresh products.

Hotel has big rooms with nice view terrace, nice spa with tea and fruits there. Breakfast is very good like 5* hotel. Management of the hotel is very helpful and responsive on all request. Hotel is 5 years old but looks like just newly opened

The price charged for a dog (even if a small breed) is a bit too much when compared to what you get back: nothing! it would be a good idea to get at least a dog crib / sleeping coat to match up the requested money. Otherwise the dog is insured for any damages it might cause (DE & AT) hence the charged money are kind of useless.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Fried eggs, scrambled eggs had been there for a while. The gourmet restaurant was announced, but was closed.

our room had a a very poor view. I was not aware that a small increase in price would get you a magnificent view. also would be great if they can give you feather pillows instead of what they use. just not that comfortable of a pillow.

Wearing a mask, but that would be probably anywhere else this time. I didn't like that I couldn't alter the temperature in the sauna. Some of them were not hot enough and, man, that place gets very popular with the guests. They should extend the opening hours.

Plenty of selections available during breakfast. Making my own fresh juice. Very nice saunas and swimming pool. Perfect location far from crowds and on the piste. Historic castle just few min walk. Exceptional service.

Would be nice to be able to use the facilities (ski-storage room) on the day of leaving. We were able to remain parked in front of the hotel so that was great.

We liked everything about this place. The stuff is super friendly and helpful, especially a young lady at the reception. The room was neat and clean as well as the spa area. The room was cozy and had its Tirolean flair to it. Highly recommended!
