The area immediately around the hotel is a bit boring, but it's only a 5 minute walk to the city center, so that's hardly a negative point.

I absolutely loved this place. I came for a conference in the city center so initially had just looked for a business hotel. I was really pleasantly surprised by all the fun and interesting artworks scattered around the hotel, but what really made me love it was the amazing pool and Sauna that are open 24/7, plus the truly fabulous breakfast. The staff were super nice and helpful, and my room was large, stylish and impecably clean. Really outstanding quality, I can highly recommend this place.

The only negative thing was that i lost my phone charger and i asked for one to borrow at the front desk and they didn‘t have one. It was a short stay for work and arrived late at night so i had no possibility to go out and buy one. But i expect a hotel like this to have some spare Chargers.

The whole building is more like a beautiful adventure of art discovery. The furniture in the room was nice.

The size and interior design of the room. The art and fine design objects everywhere in the hotel. For me, the location was perfect since i had evening events close by, Reception open 24-7 , came in with much delayed train, no problem. Prices on the weekend were really very resonable for the standing of the hotel.

My room was on a corner and the windows were covered with shadows. A little claustrophobic. In the breakfast area not all the plates or cups were clean.

The room was clean and the staff was great.The breakfast was very diverse and good.

It was our second stay in this place so we knew how to get to the underground parking and from there to the apartment but first time we got lost and staff was not very helpful.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent and definitely worth the price. The walking distance to the city centre is a big plus.

Bed pillows are too soft No milk (complimentary or in mini bar) for nespresso coffee. Had problems connecting TV to internet, had to use our own hot spot due to not understanding instructions on german.

Toilet separated from bathroom with no way to wash your hands right there, you need to exit and go to the bathroom. But this was just a minor inconvenient, maybe we are just not used to this setup. Also, we could’ve used a second toilet for 4 people.

Excellent breakfast, big variety, very good eggs, coffee. We had a two bedrooms apartment with kitchen/ living room comfortable beds, clean. Very good location, 20 minutes walk to city center. Safe neighborhood. Underground garage for our car. Handwritten note waiting for us in the room, nice touch to make us feel welcome, we appreciated it.

Ample parking in the underground garage but it's expensive. There's no coffee or tea making facilities in the room.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Meticulously clean too. Convenient location in the Jakomini area of Graz where there's a variety of restaurants and bars, and it's a short walk to the centre of town.
