Room too warm at night even with the windows open. Made for uncomfortable sleeping. Air conditioning didn't cool room sufficiently.

Comfortable room. Good bed. Block out curtains. Good bathroom. Apples at front desk for customers. Straight across the road from Graz Hbf. Pleasant and easy 20-minute walk into the centre of Graz. Trams and buses are across the road from the hotel. Places to eat are nearby.

The room safe: the instructions were incorrect. The matter got sorted soon, thank you Receptionist and Caretaker, but the management needs to update the instructions to enable the guest to self-manage it when ever necessary, day and night.

Perfect for our need: close to the station and in walking distance to the historic town, shopping and restaurants close by and at the end of the day a very comfortable bed and a good sized bathroom. Outstanding: no noise from the very busy road in front of the hotel, such good windows (7th floor)!

Starting to get dated and elevator is annoying. Other than that, no real complaints

Good solid basic place. This place is perfect if you're doing a quicker trip to Graz. I loved that the train station is so close. Staff is shy but good I believe. Also nearish the old town.

Bathroom may be upgraded, somehow do not fit with the rest of the room. Anyway, it is clean.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to the main train station and grocery stores. The room was very clean. The reception staff were very friendly and available all the time.

Carpets in the rooms. Not great for people allergic to dust. Parking garage not in the same building, but very closeby, so not a big problem. Somewhat objective: rooms too hot. Had to turn off heater, open windows all night.

Beds were a bit narrow.. this may not impact some but for the larger folk this is a inconvenience..

Location so close to the train station, all the attractions are with in easy walking distance. Windows open to allow a good breeze in. Kettle and cups provided. Fridge in room small but large enough for the essentials. Felt secure and safe, for late evening arrivals there is a restaurant close by.

I do wish they provided dinner as well. My only inconvenience was having to find a restaurant to serve proper dinner and not pub food.

Loved the breakfast each morning! A wide variety and absolutely delicious! The staff at reception were very welcoming and helpful. Hotel is situated at a great location, walking distance into the city as well as to the major Spar supermarket.

We thought it would be the same quality as the one from Ljubljana, which is very modern, very clean and very nice. This one has nothing to do with it. First of all, we arrived at night and, in front of the hotel is written only Europa hotel, not the whole name with Austria Trend etc... Therefore, we thought we used a wrong address and started to search on the adjacent streets. After a few rounds around the area we decided to enter and ask. The parking entry is also difficult to find but once we found it, it was very nice and safe. Maybe we just expected the same quality as the one from Ljubljana, 4 star hotel is more to say and at a smaller price it would have been more appropriate. The bathroom could be cleaner.

Walkable distance from center that gives you the sense of the other part of the river as well. Breakfast was royal if i may say, good quality products, just everything you need for a good start of the day.
