We've booked a room with balcony, got a room without balcony instead. Missing eggs for breakfast. WiFi didn't work. It was very hot in room in winter, we turned off heating and opened windows, it was still hot. There is absolutely nothing to see in Liezen, this hotel is probably the most interesting thing there.

Amazing views to the mountains and whole town. We celebrated New Year there, fireworks was seen many kms away. Nice serpantine road to the hotel. It's not modern, but authentic and stylish atmosphere. Delicious reasonably priced dinner. Helpful staff. Gave baby cot for free.

For my taste breakfast was not the best: I prefer sweet breakfast rather than salted one, But it's a matter of personal preferences. Maybe expensive a bit considering all parameters; but I would stay here again.

There was no WiFi during all or being there unfortunately. Breakfast is quite good, but without hot/warm dishes.

The main advantage as for me is the hotel's location and amazing view. Rooms are pretty clear and comfortable. There is no extra noise, that's why you can count on silence, nature's sounds and take your rest. Owners are really kind and attentive. Feeling like you are guest in family, not in hotel🤗

Access to hotel became a pitfall in the winter! Our car, even with winter tires, could not reach The hotel. We had to leave our car parked on The road and The owner pick us there. For that reason, we hadn't other option, only to stay there and dinner what they offer. Great trap!!! No choices and much money

We did not get the room with balcony and mountain view we booked for 107 euro. There was a plumbing problem, the manager said, it wassaturday, nobody could be found to fix it. Instead we got a very mediocre room. When I went to ay, the following day, no compensation was offered. Only when I complained a note of ten euro was put on the counter. After I said that was very little the note was changed into 20. Strangely the room with balcony was on offer for that Sunday.I would never have booked this hotel, had I known I would have been given this other room. After all I paid 90 euro for a mediocre room and a mediocre breakfast. The Hungarian host was very brisk. I don't advise this hotel

Bed sheets had holes in them and previous repairs on them too. Bed seem to be itchy and came away with what seems to be with bites all over. Room ceiling light had many dead bugs inside which looked to be there for some time Breakfast was poor.

Very friendly, family-run Hotel. Our room had a great view of the surrounding mountains and the sunset. We also had a lovely dinner at the properties Restaurant. Continental Breakfast with fresh bread rolls and omelette was very welcome.
