The girl at the reception was not nice at all, she made a lot of mistakes and she kept us waiting wirh the baby in the lobby for a long time, she had no idea what was she doing, what exactly we have to pay and also said we have to pay more money for breakfast than we should.

The hotel is really nice, big room and bathrooms, clean, with terrace on the roof and also Garten. The breakfast was really good and also for kids we received plates and cups. In the restaurant is also a corner with toys, we loved it.

A bit far out of the centre of Graz. Not much choice for places to eat unless you have a car.

It is a very nice, clean and comfortable small hotel. Breakfast is very good, diverse and very nicely arranged. Parking in front of hotel. It is very quiet. All together, more then we expected.

I booked the room and it was stated "breakfast included". But I had to pay for it extra at the reception...

Good breakfast, adequate to the price. Room was really big, our child has place to play :-). Room was clean, everything works OK. Quit place, I slept well. There was a huge shelf on the side of the room so we could put everything above.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast with lots of options to choose from. It's also good to know there is one charging station (type 2) available and the price per kwh is good!

The hotel is up the hill and was troublesome for my bad knees.

The staff, free parking and the breakfast are their best features.

-The towels had some stains on them but otherwise looked clean. -By the night stand on one side of the bed there was a digital clock and radio inside the wall. The concept is nice, but the light is very strong and it looked like it couldn't be turned off. So if you are easily disturbed by light at night, better bring a sleeping mask just to be sure.

-The room was huge. -The staff was very nice. -The key management system is very cool because you can go out in the town and not worry of losing the key. -Free parking. -It is quite close to the old town center (40 min of walking or 10 min of walking to the station and 10 more minutes with the 6 train).

The elevator is a little harder to access.

The staff was very helpful, the room was larger than expected and much more comfortable. One of the best hotels I stayed in during my 3 weeks visit in Austria. There is a gym and coffee machine in the basement although I did not use it. The parking place is close to the entrance.

Sparse facilities. (minimal in-room stuff. no toiletries apart from a single tiny soap and a fixed shower gel. ) not well organised (eg for 2 person booking only one set of towels, bedding etc. had to go and ask: they were then dumped on the bed by the receptionist )

Room was in direct sunlight and became very very hard no matter what we did. A fan would of helped move some of the very warm air. Hard to get a good nights sleep. However not sure how many 30% days the region gets. Apart from that it was very nice

very comfortable, exceptionally nice quality furniture. Kettle and cups in room with complimentary tea and coff sachets, a very nice view of garden. friendly and helpful staff. Good free WiFi connection.
