You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustriaMy room was supposed to be "offering separate living and sleeping areas" and have a balcony. The former was a major stretch (see picture attached, the separation was the wooden pillar), the latter plain not true. Confronted with the latter the staff assumed "an error in the system" and advised me not to book via booking.com. During the check-in I was asked how my last name is to be pronounced. Once I pronounced it the person behind the counter stated "I am not even going to try". Indeed she did not. An Austrian way of joking I guess which made me feel unwelcome as it was not followed by anything else. The TV would not turn on (I am guessing dead batteries, did not notify the staff).
Tidy and easily reachable, nice wooden interior design. Very comfortable bed.

AustriaCant believe that the rooms are 20% cheeper in reality than at booking! The room is located towards the garden, also the terrace of the restaurant is there, a pity that the locals laugh and play cards there until one in the morning. Also a pity that the promised TV is hardly bigger than a computer monitor.
Beautiful building in alpine style. Spacious parking lot, at the reception greeted me the cook. Inside quite cozy. slept well after one, did not watch tv.
