We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location is very central and near the dorftunnel. The spa is very relaxing and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. My room was very quiet, for Ischgl. The bed was very comfortable. It was very much as advertised, I would stay again.

SwitzerlandThe only thing I didn’t like was the coffee but that’s no big deal. ;) Sometimes they had extra filter coffee which was a really nice alternative.
The hotel was amazing. Great staff, delicious breakfast, beautiful rooms and a great variety of saunas and good sized relaxing area. The location is just perfect with parking spots, close to restaurants, ski lifts and supermarket. The ski room is perfect as a shortcut to the gondola.

IsraelThere was no mini bar or even a small refrigerator in the room. I didn't know at the time that there was an option to store groceries in the main kitchen refrigerator, but it is not very convenient. I bought a few groceries that needed cooling and had no way to keep them cooled in the room. Luckily, the outside temperature during the night was around 3 degrees celcius so I just kept them in a plastic bag outside on the balcony... Also, the hotel is not near the Silvrettabahn main cable car (I met my ski friends there every morning) - about 8 minutes waking (and it takes more if you have to carry the ski equipment with you) so better keep your ski gear in a paid locker on the ski site and not in the hotel's ski room. But if you use the Fimbabahn - it IS very close.
Staff very friendly and know every guess by name Room is clean and tidy, well maintained, breakfast is fresh, rich and tasty (compared to other hotels around)

BelgiumThe owner watches your every move! You can only take 1 or 2 sandwiches, afterwards you get remarks like you are a thief! They are not kind at all. They do not appreciate you being there and spending your money. There are no extras in the room like little soaps or tea. It is very basic for a 4 star hotel.

IrelandThe hotel is modern & beautifully decorated. The spa area, a welcome treat after a day on the slopes. Location was great for accessing the ski lifts, shops & restaurants. We parked at the hotel & didn't need the car again until we were leaving for the airport. The staff are the loveliest we have come across, very helpful & informative.
