Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Amazing location. Right in the middle of the town centre. Only a few minutes walk from the main gondola and just opposite the ‘home run’ piste back to the resort. The breakfast was amazing and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

KuwaitOwner and staff were super friendly and warm, they created a family-like atmosphere. Some of those home-made sauces at breakfast were unbelievable. Hotel is located “downtown,” on the main street, surrounded by bars and restaurants, a few steps away from the Silvretta gondola.

Location is excellent. In front of slope, close to life and next to restaurants and bars. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good.
