The room was kind of small, but enough for what I needed.

Nice comfortable bed, quiet and dark at night - had a very good sleep; everything is very clean; location is top, really close to the train station; free wifi etc. I didn’t get to see any staff since I arrived after their reception closed and left before they opened, but I had communication via emails and all my questions and concerns were answered politely and in time. I had a self check-in and self check-out was surprised how well that went.

For a basic hotel the bed was first class including new, fresh, and clean white bedsheets which suited well the basic need - good sleep! All the basics were there and nothing was missing. Very affordable, as well!

on the last day the lock on the main entrance door got stuck

The room was huge and I was not expecting sink and shower in the room as it was described as having shared bathroom facilities. It was really quiet with no noise from adjoining rooms. Great location, really convenient for the centre.

It woukd have better to have Hot water for drinking ... water cooker was needed

The breakfast was standard, it could be mice to have some warm food (scrambled eggs or similar).

There was no elevator and we were on the 2nd floor. There was no one to help us and we are seniors. My husband had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs and down. Not ideal for anyone that couldn’t manage doing this. The room was very tiny but it was fine for what we needed.

There are only minor things: 1. The room light switch is nearby the entrance door. 2. There are one power outlets in the room and hard to charge many electric devices. 3. Check in time is very limited till 17h00 but the hotel staff will tell you how to get the entrance and room key in advance. Not a big deal at all.

Location. Very close to the tram/bus station "Goethekreuzung". 10 minutes to walk from Linz Central Station. I stayed in the single bed room without shower (commun shower room and toilet) but it was absolutely no problem due to the smaller number of guests at the same floor. The shower room to share is wel maintained and clean. A single bed room was not spacious but very clean and wel-maintained. The bed is strech but it was very comfortable. Excellent Value for the money (38 euro per night)

It is close to Hauptbahnhof, supermarkets and you can walk to the center. It was clean. The room is bright, big.

No lift.

Quiet floor, clean communal toilet, multiple Austrian TV channels, clean and ample shower area, comfortable hard mattress, location of the hotel.

Only fault i had was TV wasn't working but that was only a minor thing
