The pillows were too soft & there were no amenities in the room such as body lotion or conditioner or a kettle to make an afternoon tea after being out all day. One evening we didn’t feel like valued guests as the hotel was hosting a large group of uniformed people in their conference area & the service in the restaurant was very slow & was difficult to attract anyone’s attention. Another evening there was no room for us in the restaurant at all & perhaps when you check in they should ask to take reservations if you want to eat in the hotel as lots of outside people use it …

1. As I'm traveling a lot, following seems to me like an Austrian specialty - no fridge in the room, no kettle or coffee maker, this is pretty standard in other countries in 4* hotels in this price range. 2. We payed for haflboard, but when we arrived, we were told that there is not enough guests having halfboard, so the cook will not create special menu for us and we could chose from a la carte menu in the restaurant. At the end, out of 4 dinners we had (halfboard) dinner menu only once and for the rest of evenings we were using a la carte menu. I need to say - we had the number of courses that we were promised, food was really good, hotel appologized for this with a bottle of wine. But if we knew this in advance, we would not pay quite extra money for halfboard - the amount of food was extremely excessive. My complaint is about transparency and not letting us know how it works in advance. For the price of halfboard, bottle of wine felt like a little of conselation.

All food was really good, room was spacious and very nicely designed, wellness area very nice as well with multiple types of saunas. We especially appreciated english speaking staff, menu in english (rare thing in german speaking countries). Even though the hotel is located on the square of city, the area is calm with no heavy traffic. Overall, we were pleasantly satisfied with the stay.

Everything. Huge spaces, beautifully designed rooms and common spaces, spa. Very good food, reasonable prices. All was wonderful. Close to a number of ski resorts. We’ ll be for sure back!

Breakfast was great, it was not some grand european breakfast. But it had all you need to have variety and start your day with the right food and full stomach. The hotel staff was great, extremely attentive and asked us every day if everything is alright or if they can do anything for us. The lady at the breakfasts was also very nice. The hotel is a great place if you want to stay in local village with amazing view on the alps and nice wellness.

No aircon. The front rooms overlook the square which on a weekend was noisy meaning leaving windows open is not ideal.

I would like to have a small refrigerator in the room. And the small cooling pool in the wellness, because of the sauna ritual. But these are really small things.

This hotel was spectacular. I definitely come here again. Stuff, cleanliness, unbelievable bathroom and excellent wellness. And the room was ahhhh. After very difficult trip in the mountains I slept as a baby.

It was all good.

Everything was perfect, from the lady at reception to the service at dinner and the staff Looking after our room. We only wish we could have stayed longer and experienced the spa facilities and enjoyed the hotel longer. The food was delicious too and the breakfast was lovely. Free parking was offered and there was a minimal charge for our dog.

Dinner was chaotic one day (20min waiting, no soup, drinks only arrived after main course). However, this improved after complaining. The reception tried to charge a second time for the prepaid stay and we had drinks on our bill that did not belong to us
