Great boutique hotel with very friendly staff. Julia was amazing and went out of her way to be a wonderful hostess. Would recommend eating in the on-site Louis Eatery, everything freshly cooked which means a limited but great menu. Spa was a perfect place to relax at the end of a hard days skiing and chat with the other multi-National guests. Rooms very comfortable and quiet, as just far enough away from one of the major apres skiing venues but walking distance if you enjoy the action. Finally, the hotel is very close to the button lift - just across the road - that gets you to the Flying Mozart and at the end of the day you can ski right back to the hotel. This was our5th visit to Wagrain and we will certainly be staying at the Almmonte Sensum on our next visit. Ps despite the weather the skiing was amazing, with loads of runs and places to explore.

The temperature of the water in the pool could be a bit warmer.

Very nice hotel, cozy, tastefully decorated rooms. Helpfull and friendly staff. Lovely and well equipped spa area. Delicious breakfast with a wide choice of a la carte dishes. I highly recommended!

The outside pool could be heated more so you can really relax in it even in the winter after skiing. Also, we missed the open restaurant in the evening, so we had to find other solution in Wagrain.

The hotel is modern and amazing, staff is very friendly, wellness area is beautiful. The bed was absolutely amazing!

As the Almmonte Sensum Suites are not staffed overnight, it took more than 20 minutes for the owner to arrive, when the smoke alarm went off at 4:00am (no fire service either). Although the owner did apologise, it didn't feel like he meant it. Moreover the promised vouchers never materialised

Beautifully designed boutique hotel at the top of Wagrain, Kirchboden. The staff went out of its way to make ours a pleasant stay. They clearly were instructed to go above and beyond on their customer service, offering us breakfast when the breakfast had passed, offering drinks in the pool and providing excellent recommendations during the dinner.

It is not 10. It is 11. All was more than perfect. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Excelent breakfast and restaurant. Pool area was great! Room modern alpine style with all amenities. We will definitely return. Great location.

However our stay was ruined when we were asked to pay €80 per person to use the wellness area on the day of our check out. When we asked to speak with a manager he was „too busy“ to come and speak with us. This was originally planned as a ski day but my friend was injured and could not stay in the hotel so we needed to change our plans for the day. I have never experienced such a low level of hospitality in such an expensive hotel.

The breakfast and the restaurant and front desk staff were very good.

Somehow there were always issues with the service. The hotel has a bike rent service, but they don't make sure the bike is suitable - I got a way too high one, as the smaller bike was broken. The lady left me with it and disappeared, so I was looking for her to exchange it. As a result, they found a better option, but in another hotel (around 7 mins walk). Additionally, there was a confusion with massage, whether it is possible or not - had to check at reception several times without success. So, nobody confirmed the massage in advance; they just called me 20 mins after the pre-scheduled time and told to go to another hotel again because the staff was waiting (?). However, the massage was great and relaxing

Very beautiful place, the hotel looks nice, rooms are big and really clean. Breakfast was delicious, but not very diverse. In general, I'd recommend this place

There is no lift and the wellness was too small. Restaurant menu was limited. The distance from the town centre was further than we realised and would have liked. Also strange to go to another hotel for breakfast one morning.

The room was lovely with a great view. Very comfortable and nice bathroom. Very clean hotel. Tastefully renovated. Close to Flying Mozart ski lift and piste.

Few things that made our stay uncomfortable: 1.The light on the balcony is turned off automatically. When is it turned off, you ask? 11:30 PM! Why? NO IDEA. What I do know is that it is very hard to go to sleep like that. 2. We got a room IN FRONT OF A HEN HOUSE. It means that every morning we got a wake up call at 6:30 am (After going to sleep at 11:30 because of the lights on the balcony). 3. After the wake up call at 6:30 am, a truck would come at 7:00 to unload things at the hotel. No going back to sleep. 4. The walls of the hotel need some soundproofing. At the same time that we stayed at the hotel, a few families with toddlers stayed there as well. Every time a baby would scream in the next room, I would hear it as if it was in my room.

The staff was absolutely amazing, The bed was comfortable, The breakfast was delicious.
