Self check doesn't work properly, so much noise in the hotel and low waterflow in bathroom.

Unintuitive check-in, haven’t received check-in info in advance and had to contact the hotel. And beware, your night entrance info is also not sent to you, only shown on the portal during check-in; we took quite some time to find it again. Bed wasn’t very comfy, too soft mattress. The bathroom wasn’t 100% clean. And on the weekends there’s a lot of noise coming from the nearby bosna stand.

Great location (if not for the noise coming from the bosna stand near the hotel late at night). Good price.

I saw an elevator between floors, don't really know if it was usable, the thing is that you probably won't avoid carrying luggage up a stair.

Private room with double bed: nice bed and temperature, efficient light blocking, spacey room and bathroom, with bathtub. There is a possibility of checking in online before the arrival, but it is not necessary to do it as the procedure at the hotel's entrance is fast and easy. Quite quiet, no noise from the street.

Quite noisy beds and thin walls. You can hear your neighbours and noise from the street.

Nice location. Easy and fast self-check-in and check-out—good quality mattress and quite big rooms for such a price. My room had a bath, which is quite hard to find even in the twice more expensive hotels.

The room was quite large and reasonably comfortable. Wi-Fi worked well and the area was central and close to the trams.

We did not receive check-in details in time. Luckily we were able to phone otherwise we would not have been able to contact the sister hotel. Not everyone travel with mobile date or even a voice plan on their phone. The bar next door/downstairs (in the courtyard) were noisy till late. Building inside and rooms felt stuffy on arrival

Quite a lot of noise from the trade going on outside, but I was trying to have a lay in after a late night.

Great location just off the main shopping stretch and few bars and restaurants nearby. The shower was really nice, even if the towels a little small.

Location was absolutely perfect, right in the centre of Linz, two minutes walk from the pedestrian street and main square. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had three rooms and some had new bathroom while another had an old one but in full working condition and clean. When one of the door locks was stuck and I emailed the staff and they phoned and messaged immediately and rectified the problem remotely.

There is no air conditioning in the room. At night, if you leave the windows open - very noisy and difficult to sleep. If the windows are closed, it is stuffy and there is practically nothing to breathe.

Our room on the top floor was very hot. The street our window overlooked was very busy almost until dawn.

Great central location. Easy check-in and check-out process. There was place for our bikes in the foyer which is a plus.
