Cute hostel, absolutely amazing location right by the Coloured Houses - quick to go to any big tourist spots in Innsbruck, curtains on the beds made it very cozy, innovative room design

The hostel beds were like individual pods, so it was very cozy and private. My bed was super comfortable and self check-in was simple. The only downside was that the night I was there, we had only freezing cold water in the showers, and since it was after hours there was no one to ask for help.

Shared rooms are not suitable for disabled people due to furniture design.

It is split in two, with the only shared area being a bar where you can’t be sure if the others are guests or locals. It has two lovely kitchen areas, but isn’t possible to visit the one on the other side. The lockers weren’t big enough for tall bags.

The shared bedrooms were great. Lots of privacy with specially constructed platforms. As close as I’ve got to a pod hotel.

Everything was perfect! Nothing to dislike!

Perfect Location! Amazing hosts! Very cozy and comfortable stay! Absolutely loved it there as a solo traveller! Special mention to cute and informative messages behind the bathroom doors and also the lovely pamphlet kept for me on the bed when I checked in, that was really helpful! Will definitely visit again!

Nothing really. The floor could be a little better cleaned. But everything was always tidy the whole time.

The place is really well located. I liked it. Staff is awesome, really helpful and nice. The bed and toilet is good too.

Unfortunately, I had some personal problems that required me to cancel my stay, despite it being non-refundable. The staff at Montagu were so incredibly kind and responsive to my situation. Just spending a few moments in the lobby area, I already felt incredibly at ease, cozy, and wanting to stay. If you're looking to not only immerse yourself in Innsbruck, but learn about the people that live there, as well as be in the hippest cafe ever, stay here.

The kitchen/lounge area was in a separate building and I rarely saw anybody so it was difficult to meet people. Could have been just when I was there though

The privacy curtain is not really very private, the showers are not enough for the people and the noise in the room could be an issue if you're a light sleeper. I don't like hostels and this was kind of OK but still I would not stay for more than a night.

The space is nice generally. The staff was fantastic, generally a good location (not exactly in the centre but close) and the bar below is cute. Overall ok for a night's stay or so

Probably because there is a bar on the ground floor, noise did come up to the room from people outside.

Warm welcome, extremely clean, only 15/20 minutes walk from train station and only 5 mins walk from Old Town. I stayed in a 3 bed dorm which was well organised with privacy curtains and private bed electric light and plug socket. Felt very safe. Great water pressure in the shower and plentiful hot water when I needed it. Nice area on the 3rd floor and bar on the ground floor to hang out if you want to.

- there was a lot of dust in shelves and coming from under the bed - a bit overpriced for what it is, I would expect the cleaners to come at least once during my stay for this price

- the room is great and nicely decorated! - the staff is great and super nice - there is a bar with cool events - despite the bar next door, the room is not noisy! - great location

The location was great, well connected to everything and close to everything (Buses/Train Station/Restaurants/Coffees/River/Ski Center and city Center). The staff are really nice, kind and helpful and the check in process was so easy. The room was large, and the interior design of the beds is brilliant, this is the first time i see something like this. The bed was so comfortable for me, and the room was quiet always. I never waited to go to toilet or have shower and this makes me feel very comfortable. The Wi-Fi speed is really good. The room and the bathroom were always clean. In general, i had a very lovely stay. Thank you.
