- I think they are kinda short on staff especially in the morning. During my stay, there were a lot of people having breakfast and there are only 1-2 staffs working in the restaurant area and they were too busy with other chores.

My bed wasn't very comfortable and simply not large enough for a tall person. But most importantly the curtains weren't thick enough so I had very little sleep as a public lighting lamp was just outside of the window...

Despite the fact, there are no smoking signs everywhere in the hotel, but smell of cigarettes is everywhere. There is no internet connection. Pillow was too thin and almost empty, not for the comfortable sleep.

It is in the middle of nowhere. No wifi was a big problem. Maybe that was mentioned in the property description but who does not have wifi in this age.

Hotel is recently renovated and very nice. Lots of oak and leaded glass. Beautiful. Great breakfast. Room was nice.

Had a few issues., we booked 4 rooms. Mine had a toilet that wouldnt flush and the tiles around it were raised by a few inches. Another room had dirty sheets and blood on a pillow case, (not been changed). Single room was run down. Only one bath towel and one hand towel in all twin rooms. The host was expressionless and struggled to engage in convwrsation. This was a last minute booking due to booking .com double booking us in Graz so we had to take what was available... disappointing.

A good breakfast was served. Hotel next to a tram stop. Hotel also has a lift. Parking to the rear was ok.

Excellent breakfast , clean room , private parking lot behind the hotel. It was a very good choice of hotel for us as we only had to sleep one night than in the next morning we were again on the road.

No wifi... in 2023 it's surprising and unbelievable. The room was not that clean and there was no soap in the bathroom. Quite far from the city center, it's about 20 -25 min by tram to get to the downtown, but the tram station is very close at least.

Breakfast was really good and tasty, the ladies at the reception were nice and friendly. We had our bikes and we could keep and close them in the garage, which was a big help for us. Close to the tram station which takes you to the downtown.

There is now wifi. There is no soap or shmpoo in the washroom. There was no cooler for room in the temperature of more than 30 degree. We couldn't keep the window opened due to sound from cars and transports. Eventually sleeping was hard there. Communication was tough due to less english proficiency of the staffs.

The room was spacious and clean. Toilet was clean. Breakfast was not so good. Location is very good with restaurants and supemarkets nearby. Staffs are very nice.
