This was perhaps our 6th or 7th time with KVU. We have always been very happy. The breakfasts are plentiful and tasty. The cleaningnstaff is friendly and pleasant. The garden living room is so lovely; welcoming and well serviced. The main desk helpful with questions and suggestions for dinner. We will recommend you whenever friends or family are going to Vienna.

Fantastic location, very friendly and capable staff. The rooms were beautiful and we enjoyed the effort taken to keep a more traditional and luxurious style. Drinks in the atrium were a particular favourite of ours. Can’t wait to return.

The cooked part of the breakfast could have been a little more varied but overall it was fine.

The room was very comfortable. The bathroom was of a very good standard. And the hotel is a stones throw from the very centre of Vienna. Couldn't beat it.

Sometimes staff was not friendly. Especially during our first breakfast and during check-out. Cleaning was quite weird, our bathtub was not cleaned even once but everything else was spotless. But that's really minor thing, generally we are very satisfied.

Awesome location, right in the Vienna centre but on the quiet street so it was really quiet. Interior design of the room was beautiful, makes you feel that you really are in Vienna, very elegant. Room was clean and had everything needed for comfortable stay. Breakfast was tasty.

The 1 person room dimensions are unusual; long and narrow. The choice of colour for the carpet and bathroom is an acquired taste. Desk space limited.

Very well equipped room, with area to unpack you luggage, trays to store your shoes and area to hang your clothes. Everything was spotlessly clean. Nice breakfast.

The hotel is in a beautiful historic building, well situated in the old town, two minutes from the cathedral. I last visited it about 25 years ago. I thought it was great then. It still is. I have visited Vienna many times over the last three decades and can’t believe I haven’t stayed here since my first visit. A top choice for the next visit to Vienna.

Everything about the hotel was just perfect. Brilliant location, excellent staff who were friendly, professional and always happy to help. Our room was spotless and so comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was huge and delicious. We loved the atrium for evening drinks or just chilling out in. We would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Vienna. A traditional but beautiful hotel.

If you leave early and ask for a breakfast box they won't prepare. This option is available in many hotels. Also, nobody helped me with the luggage. There were steps and hard for me to carry.

I booked a single room and it was larger than I expected. Large bathroom and had everything convenient. It was very close to the conference center I attended. It was beside Mozart's house and the restaurant was under Mozart's apartment where he wrote Marriage of FIGARO! I really enjoyed the lobby, the choclates they were offering and location in the old town.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Hotel König von Ungarn. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed cocktails at the Atrium Bar. The breakfast each day was delicious with a varied selection of meat, cheese, fruit, pastries, breads, etc. The hotel was in a great location, just a few minutes’ walk to St. Stephen's Cathedral. Access to the U-Bahn was also very convenient. In a word, it was perfect!

I appreciate the chocolates on the pillows. However, I would even moreso appreciate a chocolate that is ethically sourced, such as Zotter.

The room was amazing! I loved having a separate loft for the children. I loved the Christmas trees on the tables. The common area is incredibly cozy.

Everything was superb - from the best possible location and amazing inner yard/lounge bar to the professional staff, cozy classic rooms, and great breakfast. We also received nice sweet treats on Christmas days, which was yet another pleasant touch to our already perfect holiday.

Beautiful little hotel right next to St. Stephen's Cathedral close to everything with a special Vienna charm. The staff was very friendly and helped us with concert tickets and dinner reservations that we would not have found ourself. In four days we got the best of Vienna.

It is a small hotel that preserves a part of history, suitable for those who like to combine modern and historical. The location is wonderful, behind the Stephan church. It is very clean. The breakfast could be more qualitative and varied.

The biggest perk was the location which is in the city center, 5 minutes from train station, 2 minutes by foot to St. Stephen's dome, ideal for visiting historical sites. Hotel is thematically gorgeous.
