The hotel staff was absolutely brilliant and helped us with everything we needed Rooms are excellent, service in hotel cleaning perfect. The restaurant of the hotel serves delicious meals, also with kids menu and the service us exceptional. Garage parking avaliable, avoiding snow cover during the night.

Very clean throughout the hotel and room with nice Mountain View; very good breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice; parking is easy and spacious; hotel provided free train ticket for a round trip to Salzburg - nice and comfortable public transportation. Receptionist Sigrid is warm and responsive. Internet is very good.

The place has fantastic atmosphere, surrounded by the mountains, beautiful interior and exterior design. The house is full of art. We received great recommendation for restaurant in Hallen. The food is great in the hotel.

Staff were very welcoming and all were exceptionally helpful. The room was excellent in size, comfort and style with an extremely comfortable bed. The secure garage parking was great and included in our room price. Breakfast was very good and dinner was excellent. Staff made a special effort to cater for dietary needs (gluten intolerant and vegetarian).

Well the prices in travel industry could get better since "after covid" situation...

A nice boutique hotel with good breakfast and good restaurant for dinner as well. room with a mountain view, was amazing, but as I did understand it was upgrade, well good one :-) I would for sure come back again. it is a small hotel compare my experience to Hotel Friesacher. but it would be hard, what I choose if there is a choice...

Honestly it was so hot. No fan or AC and we both had to sleep with wet towels under our necks. I considered putting some blankets out on the balcony to go sleep there. No fridge either, no outlets by the bedside. The fridge is no problem obv I just didn’t pay attention to that We did order the most basic room but we had booked a hotel to stop doing a camper van for a night and it may have been my worst sleep of the trip yet due to the heat (it was a hot night but wow the room was hot.

The restaurant and building itself were super cute! We booked last minute (day of) and the two of + dog were welcomed wholeheartedly. Town ended up cute for one night. The STAFF were incredible. Just sooo lovely

The accommodation was amazing, our room was new and felt incredibly comfortable. The staff was always very helpful, kind and friendly. We will be happy to recommend this place to anyone and come back again.

Modern, stylish, supremely comfortable junior suite behind a traditional facade - an exquisite renovation. Fantastic staff. Great restaurant serving traditional food with a contemporary twist. Free underground parking giving direct lift access to accommodation (ideal if staying in winter). Quiet location a short distance off the A10 motorway.

Excellent hotel all round in attractive & quiet location of town. Great customer friendly service by staff, very clean & comfortable. Very convenient free parking & first class restaurant with vegetarian/vegan choices. Would not hesitate recommending to family & friends.

One of the best hotels I stayed at on our three week trip. Above average breakfast, bed pillows good (rare on this trip), room clean and nice.

The bed was a bit too high and soft but once I found my place in the middle it actually gave a good rest.

The environment is breathtaking, anywhere you look there are mountains. Bus stop is 2 minutes away, so easy to access. Room is spacious and nice, very clean; big balcony. Staff is extremely friendly and polite, good selection at breakfast, good coffee.

Room was a little too warm - but this is trivial, and a matter of opinion.

Luxury alpine accommodation. Fabulous room, spacious and high quality. Balcony with views of the mountain. THE most comfortable bed! A perfect Austrian breakfast and helpful staff. We arrived at the hotel late, but they still prepared a meal for us - which was very kind.
