We arrived quite late, but that wasn't any problem for the owners. Everyone was lovely and so nice. The view from the room is beautiful, the room is spacious and very comfy. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to try the wellness and pool. But we surely will try next time. :) Overall beautiful place to stay, great for skiing or hiking trips!

Everything is as it should be.

Excellent housekeeping, very helpful hosts, excellent comfort, excellent breakfast, a lot of attention to detail, a very good feeling of relaxation, and positive energy. This place is ideal for exploring the surroundings, where you can prepare for activities with a good breakfast and relax in the sauna and swimming pool on your way back. There is always good coffee, a sweet surprise from the host, and very useful advice, to help in find your way around the place. All other services in the destination deserve praise, from Intersport, through ski resorts, cable cars, restaurants, Napalta ski passes, public transport, and even toilets at a high level of orderliness, whether private or public. In any case, the value for money stands.

It was really great stay in this accommodation and we enjoyed the whole summer week. Breakfasts are great with perfect service of the owners including homemade cakes every morning. You can also freely enjoy wellness whenever you want and it was never a problem to ask for any extra wish like later opening hours etc. We had to have home-office during our stay and Wi-Fi connection together with room equipment had fitted perfectly to our needs. Altenmarkt im Pongau is nice small city with many restaurants, grocery stores and other service you might need. One of the best stays I have every had.

The ventilation in the room and the lobby could be improved. A double bed featured a crease. These minor inconveniences were greatly offset by everything else the hotel offers.

the standard double room is relatively small but nothing unbearable.

the host made our stay exceptionally friendly and relaxed - lots of small attentions that matter such as a welcome coffee, early check in + possibility to keep our luggages and take a hot shower after check out, early sauna time, nice cappuccino or eggs for breakfast and so on. she made everything easy and homely for us. next to this, after skiing, the combo sauna + swimming pool and reading in a long chair is simply divine. also a great spot to get the bus going towards skiing area

Absolutely stunning scenery, the owner was amazing, arrived and I was struggling due to my disabilities. She carried in my case and helped me to my room. Our room was enormous, tastefully decorated with everything you could wish for. The balcony was amazing and the views of the mountain were everything the pictures promised it to be. The hotel is located in the centre of the town with masses of parking, it is picture post card beautiful. We will return

Amazing place, almost like Zen place. Accomodation with with beautifull relax zone. All place is nicely designed, room comfortable, cleaned every day, rich breakfast .. in one words nothing is problem at this place. Our stay was very pleasant, you feel as at home. even if I arrived later than planned due to a delay in meetings and drive, the owner welcomed me smiling and offered me the keys to the room. In the morning, the breakfast was delicious and plenty. I totally recommend the location and the place, either for a business stay over or for vacation, as the surroundings are dreamlike.
