We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Netherlands- Dinner ends really early, kitchen is closed after 20:00 - Breakfast choice could be improved ( like I missed some warm omlette or at least scrambled eggs )
nice clean room, good restaurant with decent choice of meals. I tried pasta and it was very tasty, as well as pizza. I didn't expect that the hotel is located just by the slope. We didn't have a chance to enjoy it but may be next time I will consider to try it too.

IsraelI strongly recommend this hotel. The wonderful owner, Elizabeth, was always there for any questions or requests and was very flexible since day one with our inconvenient check-in hour late at night. The hotel has a very cozy/family atmosphere. It's location is excellent for "star trips" around Salzburg and flachau. And not to mention the fantastic mountains view we had from our apartment. We will definitely book again if we plan to visit Austria soon.

Netherlands- Nothing to eat or drink in the evening. just a vending machine, but without card payment , so you need coins to get a drink from the machine. - the official check-in times were too early (although they fixed it for me) - this hotel is not near the main ski slopes of the ski made area (only a very small slope)

NetherlandsI missed the coffee. No cups and kettle in the rooms which i found not a problem so a coffee vending machine would be nice in the hallway.
Everything was fine. The rooms, the cleanliness, the staff etc. The hotel is new , well equipped , families with kids can find more balance as the kids can play in the inside playground while the rest is having their food. Very cozy.
