The rooms was big and clean. I like the seperate toilet. Both the toilet and bathroom were nice. Also had table and chair to sit which is sometimes missing in other hotels. Balcony was quite big too.

A bit far from the city centre, so one needs to rely on the local bus (stops in front of the hotel though). We were three people and the third bed was a pullout sofa (single), but it was reasonably comfortable for one night. Overall, on the expensive side for what it is (and we did not visit in the peak season). Good breakfast with multiple options but again a bit overpriced.

The room was spacious, warm, very clean. Excellent bathroom and shower with good pressure. The Wifi was fast and reliable. Gorgeous view towards the Alps from the room balcony. The hotel offers a secure parking garage underneath for 15EUR per night.

Sometimes it is difficult to put things into words, but this hotel suited me perfectly. It was clean and comfortable and the staff made me feel welcome. I enjoyed my short stay and will return here again.

Not very close walking distance to the city center.

The area is very nice and quiet. The bus station to get to the city center is right near the hotel. The hotel is small but nice.

Nothing, we rent a car so the location is not a problem to us, it’s a bit far from Salzburg city center.

The hotel was a little far out of the center of town and the room was quite expensive, especially as there was no breakfast included

Comfortable and cozy place. They left us apples and candies and the place was made up every day. I love that the toilet is separated from the bathing area and the beds are comfortable as well. Staff is very very friendly and it was a very enjoyable stay

The room was spacious and Clean. But since we got a free upgrade to another bigger room, not sure if it's only in our case- the alignment of Sofa wrt to the TV was not well. The TV should be facing some sitting area which was not the case. Maybe the interior can be re-arranged. But it's a minor thing to neglect compared to the amazing time I had.

The hotel is situated in a very nice location which has good communication from Airport and Tourist spots. We took the balcony room and the view was serene. During the winters, waking up to the Austrian Alps covered with snow was a beautiful experience from the balcony. The price is affordable and the staffs were also friendly. I requested to arrange a bottle of Champagne in the room before arriving at the hotel, and they managed to do so perfectly. It was a HAPPY experience altogether.

Very dim lighting with all the lights on. Had to open bathroom door to get some more light. Still was almost ready to use cell phone flashlight to see the food I was eating. The room was very small for 3 people.

Some parking spaces (very few) are a bit too small due to the building pillars and if a SUV parks close to them it's a bit difficult to park there. I have to say that the parking was full and I've always find a spot, so it's not a big issue.

I really liked the staff, helpful, communicative and had plenty of suggestions to give. The room was always very clean and in mint condition after the daily clean. The position is not central but the city is so small that takes only 30 minutes walking to the city center and right in front of the hotel there's a bus station that in 10 minutes brings you in the old town. There are a lot of parking spots.

A little expensive, but then Austria is. Coffee & tea facility in room could have been a bit better. It was a paper cup and dried milk, but it didn't spoil our stay.

Good spacious room. Modern bathroom. Fridge. Very functional but nicely decorated and worked very well as a family room. Quiet as our room did not face the road and comfy beds (the sofa bed was less comfy but not too bad). The bus stop is right outside the front door and the bus timetable is very accurate so it was super easy to get in and out of the old town and fun to use the buses. I'd definintely recommend getting a Salzburg card which includes free transport and free entrance into nearly all the museums etc - this worked brilliantly for our stay.
