There were two instances that are not acceptable at any hotel, one happened to us, while I only witnessed the other: - Despite using the “do not disturb” sign, our room was cleaned on our first day of our visit (we didn’t think it was necessary after one night). And the next day, the cleaning lady once again disregarded the sign and entered while we were in the room. At that time, her manager (or some other coworker) was also there. Neither of them spoke English and I was in utter shock about this whole incident. - The receptionist had an arguement with another guest about payment, and while she seemed to be right, her attitude was not professional or welcoming at all. There might have been a language barrier, but overall, i would have been quite upset if she was talking to me in such tone.

The hotel is located perfectly within the town. Breakfast was superb, and we also enjoyed the flexibility of late check-in and evening use of the wellness facilities. Most staff members were kind and helpful.

We had to wait until almost 16:30 for a room without any compensation. (Check in is in theory from 15:00) There are some ongoing renovations it could be nice to inform the guests in advance, cleaning personnel are not really professonal. Junior suit has very small bathroom which could use some renovation too.

The hotel is strategically located at the beginning of a pedestrian area that touches upon all the city's famous attractions. The establishment offers comfort and quality services at an affordable price: excellent breakfast, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, a fitness area, and a sauna. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its prime location allowed me to conveniently explore the city's top sights, as everything was within walking distance. The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of sightseeing.

Very noisy air conditioning system. Strange smell in the room, probably from the flooring. Increased humidity in the room. The access cards did not work and were only changed the next day by the lady at the reception. Not very clean in the room.
