We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We also liked to get the Silvretta card with free rides on mountain lifts, available during summer which was great for our hiking trip. Everything went smooth, highly recommended.

I wish I could give it a score of 11 out of 10 points... Hotel Montanara combines the comfort and services of a hotel with the friendly and warm atmosphere of a B&B. Lukas, the manager (owner+manager, actually), is a competent and polite gentleman who would run the extra mile to help you. Out of pure kindness - in fact, I don't think my Genius status mattered at all - he unilaterally decided to upgrade our room which basically became a large apartment. He also took the time to call two businesses located on a certain mountain track ,in order to see if they had found a camera that we had lost during our hiking. Let's talk about the hotel itself. The breakfast is superb, the quality and quantity of the products offered exceed your expectations. The premises are not simply clean but impeccable. The wellness centre (2 types of sauna, 2 different steam baths, etc.) is modern and a must-go after a day of walking. The beds are extremely comfortable. The whole area of Ischgl, by the way, is worth a visit: lots of walks, breathtaking views, I can only imagine how it looks in Winter! Will definitely go back!

Really exceptional stay! Loved it. Great room, amazing views. Extraordinary b-fast. Parking in garage. The best part has been helpful staff. We got free ticket to the mountain lift in ~70€ value. We have been offered to stay even the next day just to enjoy the spa, even thou we hadn't had booking for next night. Can fully recommend.

Czech RepublicThis hotel is close to perfect. Service and quality of the accomodation is outstanding. From the arrival till leaving you feel really very well cared, the owner and his team makes sure all the time you are satisfied. When I felt like asian food, they called the restaurant for me to ask whether they have it or not. Rooms are very comfortable and very nicely furnished. Bed is great, bathroom amazing, breakfeast very tasty with wide choices. The hotel is equipped with 5 different Saunas and ice Room.
